Issue Release Date JAN 18, 2011
Issue 58 of Fusion Flowers magazine, released on the 18th January is our special BIG PINK HUG edition and it’s just packed with design ideas and stories guaranteed to inspire you!
From a very simple idea, Issue 58 has blossomed into a landmark edition of the magazine. All of the tutorials are inspired by thinking pink. Each of the unique tutorials reveals a part of the overall concept of the magazine which is support for Cancer Research. From bras designed for the annual MoonWalk to a cocoon; from a fascinator to an unusual bridal bouquet; from pink shoes to a stunning mask – our contributors have pulled out the stops to reach out and touch our readers. It is an amazing issue and some of the tutorials tell the designers personal stories too.
In this issue we also feature reports from China where Gregor Lersch took an audience on a walk through bamboo. Lana Bates shares the designs she created in Belgium with Robert Koene. From Germany we report on the demonstration by three well-known designers working on the IPM Essen trade show stage. See the latest flowers that we discovered at the IFTF trade show and the FloraHolland event in The Netherlands.
Classical pottery is used by Pim van den Akker in his latest book Royal Delft and readers can see in an excerpt from the book just how a contemporary designer has managed to use this priceless pottery!
Plus we feature design work from some of the winners in the Fusion Flowers International Designer of the Year 2010 competition – be prepared to be WOWED!
We also have all our regular features and book recommendations.
So don’t delay subscribe today to make sure you don’t miss out on any of these treats.
