We kick off with the real story behind the Interflora World Cup in Shanghai and, in the first part of the story, bring you detailed images of the first five designers. We bring you another first in the form of an interview with floral design photographer, Pamela J with images of the designs from the annual flower festival at St Mary's Cathedral in San Francisco.
Iain Stephens from New Zealand reports on the challenges faced behind the scenes in Shanghai as he tried to balance an international competition and international politics!
Of course there are also lots of step-by-step designs from our highly talented team of designers plus Sue Phillips tackles the tricky subject of Land Art versus Sculpture with interesting results.
Life3 allow us a look at their new book, Passionate Emotions; Zhanna Semenova reveals just why she won the last Gold Leaf Award in her latest book and hot off the press we have a sneak preview inside the pages of International Floral Art 10/11 - what a treat!
