Join us for our third, international Summer School

Join us for our third international Summer School 3-day event held in the beautiful village of Kippen in Scotland. The tutor in 2013 will be Björn Kroner who is an amazing and inspirational German designer whose work features regularly in the pages of Fusion Flowers magazine and Fusion Flowers Weddings.

Björn is a German Master Florist and teaches within the Master Schools himself but also travels the world teaching and giving demonstrations. He has represented Germany on a number of occasions and was placed 5th in the Interflora World Cup in Shanghai. In our opinion, he has a unique style that he has developed over the years and which might be called botanical art. He has successfully transferred this concept to all aspects of his work including his bridal designs. At the 2012 festival of flowers in Southwark Cathedral he used this individual style to produce a stunning piece of work surrounding the font. The public loved it.

He is a gifted teacher and has a wry sense of humour that puts people at their ease. Be prepared from a Master in the use of colour and combining unusual materials to create exciting, original design work.

Summer School will therefore reveal his wonderful techniques, bridal work, table design and corporate concepts too! Once again, we will set up a photo studio for you to take photos and, all going well, Denis Bradley will talk you through how to get better results from your camera too.

The cost of Summer School covers all materials apart from a normal toolkit (which you should bring), light lunches and snacks throughout the day. However, if you are travelling from overseas, we can arrange for a supply of essential tools for you to use. The cost does not cover accommodation.

Price – £780.00 inclusive of VAT

Dates – Sunday 11th August - Tuesday 13th August 2013

Timings – 9.30am – 5.00pm daily

Payment – a non-refundable deposit of £200 payable at the time of booking with the balance due 4 weeks prior to Summer School. You can, however, pay the full amount when you book.
