Following on from the international success of their first book, Muriel le Couls and Gil Boyard have teamed up again and produced Structures 2.  To say that this is bound to be another best seller is putting it extremely mildly because this time around the talented duo have taken a look at using materials for design that you probably have knocking around already.  Brilliant idea!  The work, as you would expect, is extremely different and the range is very current.

 Once again, they look at re-using constructions/containers again and again and in some cases produce three very different and unique designs for the reader to ponder over.  Some of the work is very way out BUT, and it is a big but, there is no question that their ideas are inspirational.

 For those of you who are competitors, demonstrators, display artists, corporate florists, teachers and, it must be said, judges – I would say that this little book is a must have.    

 Once again, full measurements, accessories and botanical listings are given which is a huge benefit for those wishing to utilise these concepts.  Their use of colour is exceptional and although some of the bridal concepts are extremely way out – there are lessons to be learned here.

The book is very highly recommended for your library.
