Acceptance of Orders

After placing your order with Fusion Flowers you will receive an acknowledgement email.  Orders are taken subject to availability of products.  If  for any reason we do not supply any products ordered, we will refund monies already paid for those products, however, we will not be liable for any other losses or expenses.  We reserve the right at the Management's discretion to refuse to supply goods ordered.

Returns

Unwanted goods - We will only accept the return of unwanted goods within 7 days of receipt.  The goods must be in an original, unused and resalable condition.  If any goods are returned which are found not to be in the condition as stated, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee dependent on the condition of the returned goods.  It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods to Fusion Flowers.  Once the goods have been received and their condition checked, we will refund the cost of the items using the card details from the original transaction minus our original carriage costs.
 
Cancelling an Order

Orders cancelled before goods have been dispatched will not incur a charge. Orders cancelled after the goods have been shipped but before you have received them will incur a 10% handling fee.
