Fusion Flowers Magazine

Pamela J is an internationally renowned floral design photographer who is based in California. She has covered many, many events and in turn produced a series of books based on her experiences.

Pamela kindly supplied us with a selection of images from the annual flower festival at the magnificent St Mary’s Cathedral in San Francisco which she shot last year. It was during a conversation about the event that it struck us that this might be an ideal opportunity to find out for readers some of the tips of the trade!

She kindly agreed to answer some questions on what type of camera to use; whether to use natural or specialised lighting and what to look out for when photographing your own work.
