When Pam Fleming-Williams visited Stef Adriaensen?s shop in Belgium she found herself transported to a winter wonderland that she found difficult to leave! "It?s always good to visit Belgium because you can anticipate seeing some great flower designs and shop windows, even in small communes in the middle of the polders."
Stef's shop was formerly owned by a convent and he faces stiff competition in his town from a series of other florist shop. Still he has managed to create a unique and inviting atmosphere in his shop which has lead to his growing success. The full story is revealed in Issue 33 of Fusion Flowers magazine.
