We are so excited about this book it is almost too difficult for us to contain ourselves! Structures floral art is absolutely at the cutting edge of contemporary floral design. The designs by Muriel Le Couls and Gil Boyard are to use a well known phrase 'Absolutely Fabulous'! Unbelievably, these highly talented designers give details of how their mechanics were made, the botanical material used and several very different options for almost every concept - this is therefore a major breakthrough in contemporary design books.
The range of people that this book would interest is huge. It is ideal for anyone who has corporate customers (showing three or four options for using one construction/ container/concept), competitors (there is a real insight in how to stage and make something unique), exhibitors (these designs would be sensational in the right setting ranging from table size to large scale pedestals), teachers and students alike (this could almost be a college course in itself).It's been a long time since we have seen anything as special as this and at such a reasonable price. We predict that this will be an essential addition to the bookshelf of anyone who is serious about contemporary floral design.
Congratulations to Muriel, Gil and Patrick - this is a tour de force.
