AB When this amazing book arrived in the office work stopped at my desk in our office. I have been completely mesmerised by it and lift it at every opportunity to take another look at the work inside. The book is large and comes complete with heavy-duty slipcase and a detachable insert showing listings of designs and botanical materials used. It has several unusual features insofar as 20 of the double page spreads open out to reveal either more detail or another variation on the theme and 50% of the book is by Lersch, you then flip the book upside down to find 50% done by Wagener. Gregor gives regular detailed explanations on how his constructions/arrangements were made whereas Klaus appears to feature more on presentations which could be used in shops or interiors.

To say that this book is a Masterpiece is an understatement. The designers have taken 50 subject matters and then individually interpreted them each featuring on technique and application. They then combine to work on the same themes and the results are spectacular. There is no doubt that much of what is produced moves floristry and floral design to another level. The project was originally conceived and undertaken to encourage florists around the world to improve and increase their technical skills - to allow them to further the art. This is a book for those who are very serious about their work and development.

The photography is superlative, the book itself has been produced at the highest level using top quality paper and I can safely say that some of the contents could change the face of floristry forever. I have no hesitation in commending this book to all of our readers - buy it - lock yourself in a room - turn off the phone - settle down in a comfy chair and be inspired!
