Edwin Molenaar is a Dutch designer who
lives and works in Japan. He specialises in designs for wedding receptions and
parties and has a floral workshop, a studio and a gallery at the Risonare
Hotel.
In Blossoming Love, Edwin shows a range of bridal work through a series of actual weddings featuring table settings, hair décor, cake decoration, boutonnière, corsages, interior decoration and some highly original bridal bouquets. There is a strong flavour of European design even though the settings are actually in Japan which shows just how strong the European floral culture is over there.
This is an interesting little book and there’s lots to inspire and adapt for your own brides.
