We are very grateful to Liz and Claire for providing us with a proof copy of their book so that we could include its review in this issue. The book, like all of their titles, is well conceived, clearly laid out and beautifully photographed. The difference with this title (the first in a series of four) is that it is full of information relating to each bouquet and is certainly seasonal.

Obviously aimed at students who will no doubt be inspired, each double-page spread has details of materials used, sundries, styling, experience levels, time requirements for completion, construction methods, aftercare and tips together with an image of the completed bouquet. The use of colour and contrasting materials is expert and indicative of their particular style of presentation.

The back of the book holds a treasure trove of information including recommended tools and materials, techniques including basic wiring, decorative wiring etc and is ideal for someone starting out in bridal floristry or for an update on traditional and contemporary techniques.

We would be happy to recommend this to all students and tutors and to anyone involved in wedding floristry. This is a book that should be on every college library shelf!
