Moniek Vanden Berghe has become a legend in her own lifetime and much of this is due to a series of little books covering her work on bridal floristry and, of course, sympathy work too. Her first volume, Flowers in Love, arrived like a beacon of excellence shining in the dark. In it she illustrated just how chic bridal floristry can be when handled by someone who understands, not only the materials she works with but, the human form and the client concerned.
Moniek is an artist and it shows in her work. This is the third and latest volume in the bridal series. As before, just when you think she can’t push her designs any further – she does. Flowers in Love 3 features not only bouquets using some of the latest materials and trends around, but also church decoration, hair décor, boutonnière, table decoration, large scale designs and car décor too! The book is literally a goldmine of inspiration.
It is no surprise that the Flowers in Love series are international bestsellers; they are great value for money although I understand that the original is sold out. The real beauty of this latest book is that it proves that someone like Moniek, whose artistic creativity can never be in question, clearly doesn’t stand still. She goes on and as she does, her talent and skills just keep getting better and better. We are delighted to highly recommend this book to you all.
